How do I know if my product data went out?

On every public app (channel), there is a box on the right side that shows the most recent “push” to the channel.  Users can manually push products to the channel, or wait for the daily morning push by ChannelApe.  Pressing the Refresh link will get a real-time update for this box.  There can be 3 different statuses here:

  • queued – Someone or ChannelApe has put your business in line to run the task to get products out on the channel
  • in-progress – ChannelApe is currently processing the push
  • complete – A push was successfully completed.

All of these statuses will tell you how long ago that status was reached as well as who did it.  Below is an example.
