How do I reduce the price on a vendor by a certain percent globally across the storefront?

First, you will go to your “Channels” page, select your app, and proceed to the modifiers tab on the upper right hand side of the page. It will look similar to the image below:

Once you are on this screen, you will click on the “Add New” button under “Modifiers”. It will look like this:

From this screen, you will see a drop down for “Target” and “Modifier”. Set your target to “Price” and your modifier to “Percent Off”. The “Adjust by” column is where you will add however much you would like to reduce the price by. (For example, if you would like to reduce the price by 10%, you would type “10” into that column.) You will then create a title for your modifier under “Modifier Name”. It will look like this:

You will then click “Save” and it will bring you back to your “Channels” screen. At this point, you will see on the right hand side of the page the modifier you have just created. From here, you will need to click on the “Search” panel on the left hand side to create what we call a list. Once you do that, it will bring you to the search page. Click on “New Search” at the top of the page. It will look like this:

From here, under the “Vendors:” tab, you will type in the Vendors name you are wanting to discount. Once you do that, you simply click on the “Search” bar at the bottom of the page. This will give you a list of all of their products. From here, you will click “Save as new” at the top of the page and title your list with what you feel is appropriate. Click save and return back to the “Channels” screen.

Once you are back on the “Channels” screen, under “Synced/Pushed Search Filters” you will click “Add New” on the right hand side. It will look like this:

Under “List”, you will begin typing the title of the list you previously created. Once you have done that, under “Modifier” you will begin typing the title of the modifier you also just previously created. Set the priority accordingly. Click “Add”. It will look like this:

Once you have done that it is crucial to remember to click “Sync Inventory” at the top of the page. This will fully update everything and then your action will soon take place!
