Shopify product isn’t updating

Problem:

Your Shopify product doesn’t show the same information in ChannelApe.

Cause:

Your channel is configured without the Create permission.  When a Shopify channel is configured with Update permission, it will only update the variants matching the SKU or UPC – the Shopify product is left alone.

Resolution:

If you want your Shopify product to display the information you see in ChannelApe, you will need to delete that product on Shopify and enable the Create permission on your Shopify channel.  Once done, you should push your catalog to Shopify or wait until the next recipe triggers this event.
