Modifiers are a simple way to modify the data you are pushing from ChannelApe to a channel.
A few examples where you may want to use a modifier are:
- When you don’t have exact inventory numbers but know the product is in stock. You can create a modifier to add 10 to your inventory number of 0.
- When you want to discount a specific list. For example, maybe you want to run a discount on the vendor “Acme”. Modifiers allow you to apply the discount to this single brand.
|Price||This applies the modifer option to the Retail Price of the product at the time of the push..|
|Quantity||This applies the modifer option to the current quantitiy of the product at the time of the push.|
|Percent Added||Allows you to add a percentage to the type.
Ex: Add 10% to price of $1 = $1.10
|Percent Off||Allows you to add a percentage to the type.
Ex: Remove 10% from price of $1 = $0.90
|Amount Added||Allows you to add an integer to the type.
Ex: Add $1 to price of $1 = $2.00
|Amount Off||Allows you to remove an integer to the type.
Ex: Remove $1 from price of $2.00 = $1.00
|Set Equal To||Sets the type exactly equal to the number you set.
Ex: Set Quantitiy to 15.
